This Privacy Policy explains what information OrderParse LLC ("OrderParse", "we", "us"), 6650 Rivers Ave, Ste 105, PMB 375211, North Charleston, SC 29406, collects through orderparse.com and the OrderParse application, and how we use it. OrderParse is a B2B product; this policy is written for the business contacts and app users we deal with, not consumers.
To provide and improve the Service, respond to demo/support requests, operate the sandbox, and — for contacts who ask for a demo or express interest — to follow up by email. We do not sell personal information.
We share data with the sub-processors needed to run the Service, under their own terms:
Sandbox demo. Each sandbox expires 72 hours after it is created (a catalog you upload but have not yet turned into a sandbox expires after 2 hours). Expired sandboxes are deleted by a job that runs once a day, so sandbox data can remain for up to about four days in total. Deletion removes the sandbox's catalog, orders and order lines, stored order files, and the sandbox record itself.
Everything else. We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule for customer accounts, demo-request contacts, or paying-customer order data. We keep that data while we provide the Service to you or follow up on a request you made, and we delete it when you ask (see Your choices). Our vendors listed above may keep their own copies under their own retention terms.
orderparse.com does not currently use advertising cookies, advertising pixels or remarketing tags, and does not show a cookie banner. The only analytics on the site is Umami (analytics.orderparse.com), which we host ourselves. Its tracking script sets no cookies; it sends the page address, referrer, page title, screen size and browser language to our own analytics server, and we use it to see aggregate traffic on our own pages. If we later add advertising or measurement tags from third parties, we will list them here and add a cookie notice before they go live.
ERP connection secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to Customer Data is limited to what is needed to operate and support the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving outreach emails (every email includes an unsubscribe option, per CAN-SPAM), by writing to info@orderparse.com. Deletion requests are handled by us manually; there is no self-service delete button yet.
The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
